Binchotan charcoal. 35–60 days of dry-age. Tomahawk for two. A 187-label wine list. Bar open until 2 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

We opened in 2014 with one thesis: people don't come to a restaurant just for food — they come for an evening. That's why our kitchen is open, the grill stands in the dining room, and the bartender knows that a great cocktail is the beginning of a story. Twelve tables, one chef, one pile of firewood.

We hold your date after a 30% deposit. The full amount is credited towards the final bill.
Cancel more than 30 days in advance — full refund. 30 days or less — deposit stays with us. The date can be rescheduled once within the same season at no extra cost. A safety valve for unforeseen events.
You confirm the final number seven days before. If guests join after that, please let us know at least 48 hours ahead (usually possible). If guests cancel, billing follows the confirmed count.
Wine and spirits list available on request, priced individually. We can also prepare an open bar or a bespoke alcohol package. Floral decorations, balloons, personalised elements: made to order, or via our trusted florist partner.
Three steps, fewer formalities than at a hotel. The first two cost nothing, the third only when you decide.
Phone or email. We agree on the date, the character of the event, and roughly the number of guests. We check availability.
We invite you to the restaurant. Tour the room, discuss the menu, finalise the organisational details.
A short agreement, 30% deposit, and the date is yours. From that moment we take over the organisation.
